Shopping with Velmora

Product descriptions, the selected pack, purchase price and applicable shipping charges are shown before checkout. Review your order and delivery address before paying. Product information is educational and does not replace individualized medical advice. Follow the complete directions and warnings on your bottle.

Delivery

Orders dispatch within 1 day. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the order date. If we cannot meet the dispatch promise, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you do not like your product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will take it back even if the bottle is empty, no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason. See our shipping and returns policy for return instructions and refunds.

Subscriptions

Selecting monthly delivery authorizes recurring charges for the selected pack at the price and frequency disclosed before checkout. One-time purchases do not create a subscription. One bottle has 20 labeled daily servings; calendar-month delivery is not a 20-day delivery schedule. Manage future deliveries through your subscription account or contact us for assistance. A product return does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Optional shipping protection

Shipping protection, when available, is a separate $5 one-time charge for the order. It can be removed before purchase. It does not limit the satisfaction guarantee or your legal rights. Consult the coverage terms before selecting this option.
